We are looking to appoint an inspirational Deputy Headteacher at an exciting time to be joining the School and the Trust. This is an outstanding opportunity to be part of a highly cohesive senior leadership team, giving you the chance to lead our school’s teaching and learning. 

You may currently be a Deputy Headteacher looking for your next move or an experienced Assistant Headteacher; what matters most is your clear vision of what a truly exceptional comprehensive school looks like, coupled with the drive and ambition to make it a reality.  

You will bring an excellent understanding of pedagogy, an experience and knowledge of using coaching to develop staff, and a creative approach to teaching and learning. As an inspiring leader, you will have a natural flair for challenging and empowering others to continuously improve and strive for excellence. 

You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of senior leaders, middle leaders and a strong central trust team, all working together to create an environment where every member of the school community can flourish.
