Ofsted judged St. Anne’s R.C. High School ‘Requires Improvement’ in November 2017. We are satisfied with this judgement and feel it is an accurate account of where the school is. We now need an ambitious, experienced and passionate professional to join us on our journey to ‘Good’. The position commences on 1st May 2018 or sooner if possible.
The Governors and Headteacher are seeking a well-qualified, innovative and inspiring Deputy Headteacher to take a strategic role in promoting the school educational aims and ethos. The role offers the right candidate an excellent opportunity to help shape the academic thinking and practice of this rapidly improving, caring school.
It will require the skills of a dynamic and inspirational leader who can engage and motivate students and staff alike. A proven record of significant leadership experience and raising standards through innovation and creativity is essential, with specific expertise in the area of developing the quality of teaching and learning and the use of assessment to improve progress.
