The Role

As Deputy Head you will provide inspirational leadership to staff and be a role model to students. With direct responsibility for a wider team in school, you will be instrumental in the successful operation of the school and the continued development of a supportive, compassionate, outcome-focused working and academic environment.

The role will have responsibility for a discrete strategic area, which will be decided based on the experience, interest and passion of the appointed candidate and the needs of the school. 

You will work closely with the Head on a process of continuous improvement, ensuring that the school continues to deliver ever better outcomes for students. Just because we are already successful, doesn’t mean that there isn’t still room for creative innovation. 

What we’re looking for

We want someone who is positive, dynamic and has a genuine love for learning. You will be a qualified teacher with experience of both hands-on teaching and management in education.
