We are committed to establishing excellent standards and have set our expectations high.

Our Headteacher and Governors are seeking to appoint a Deputy Head Teacher

“The school and Trust are seeking a Deputy Head who is committed to offering all children and families unconditional positive regard and who will commit to bringing out the best in all children across the school. Our new Deputy Head will be as passionate as we are about making every minute in the school day count and ensuring that every child at Three Lane Ends loves to come to school and learn because learning here is irresistible. This job offers the post holder the chance to shape the future of our children, our school and the local family of schools in Castleford Multi Academy Trust and we are really looking forward to hearing from you. "

Visits to the school are encouraged and welcomed - please make an appointment with Delyth Roberts, Headteacher and Jayne Clarke, Primary Director, we are looking forwards to sharing our improvement journey with you.  Successful experience and knowledge of Early Years Leadership; Safeguarding and Inclusion would be an advantage.

Three Lane Ends Academy is at a very important stage in its development.  We wish to appoint a highly skilled and evaluative Deputy Headteacher to focus on raising attainment and securing good progress for all children across school.

Whilst the AFI’s from our recent inspection are a priority we would like you to inspire, model and lead outstanding classroom practice across the newly formed teaching team in our school.

The children must find their learning irresistible, so you must be the kind of leader who will motivate and enthuse others to offer a highly engaging, active curriculum to our children.

Children at Three Lane Ends Academy are good learners with lots of potential to achieve more and every possibility of enjoying learning at Greater Depth.

In return we will offer:

• Bespoke, continuous professional development opportunities

• Happy and enthusiastic pupils who are keen to learn

• A hard working team of staff and Governors

• Supportive parents

• Opportunities to work closely with teams and specialists across the Multi Academy Trust

• A forward thinking school committed to research and continual development.

We offer the possibility of making a huge impact on children, adults in school and the parent community.

If you believe that the time is right to widen your influence on outcomes for learners and are ready to share your experience of high impact pedagogies and strategies for raising attainment we want to hear from you.

Visits are warmly welcomed.  Please make an appointment with the Headteacher and Primary Director by contacting School Business Manager, Mrs Mandy Mattison 01977 524483.

Completed application forms to be returned by 09:00am Monday 18th March 2019, to the school address, or by email to mmattison@tleacademy.co.uk

Interviews to be held on Tuesday 26th March and Wednesday 27th March 2019

Please carefully evaluate your recent impact against the self-evaluation tool, we are seeking a highly reflective practitioner ready to lead and challenge others
