We are looking for an exceptional leader to maintain and improve our high standards, working with the Head, Senior Leadership Team, Governing Body, Local Authority, and Diocese.

We are looking for:

• a practising Catholic with a clear vision of Catholic education
• a successful track record in teaching across the primary school age-range
• experience in management, leadership, and working with external agencies and the community
• evidence of sustaining and improving standards and achievement
• a commitment to the highest standards of teaching, learning, and well-being for all
• the ability to build on existing good practice but also bring fresh ideas
• excellent communication and motivational skills
• the confidence and drive to enjoy and enhance the flourishing partnership between school, home, and the wider community.
