We are an independent Preparatory School and Day Nursery in Crowthorne, Berkshire offering care and education for children from 3 months to 11 years.

Above all, we believe our children are happy and enjoy coming to Nursery. You will be working alongside a successful team of colleagues to ensure the children's needs are met at all times.

We are looking for a Deputy Manager who is qualified to level 3 or above, who is passionate about working with children in the early years. The successful applicant will be motivated, caring and be able to work as part of a busy team. Positive leadership skills play an important part of this key role.

Role expectations for the Deputy Manager will include:

· Supporting the Nursery Manager and deputising in their absence.

· Provide exceptional standards of childcare and education including monitoring and regular reviewing.

· To support the aims and objectives of the Nursery and Pre School.

· To implement good practise across EYFS, supporting and mentoring team members. 

· Ensuring a high standard of emotional, physical and intellectual care.

· Ensure high standards of health and safety are being met across all areas.

· To help manage room leaders and senior staff, directing and supporting the whole team as required.

Staff uniform and meals are provided whilst on duty. Parking is available and we offer a competitive salary.

Hours – Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm
