The opportunity

We are looking for an exceptional Deputy Manager to support the Nursery Manager in the leadership of the Nursery, providing guidance and support to the Nursery Practitioners. This will include the assimilation of baseline assessments, planning and delivering learning sessions for the pupils together with Deputising and taking the lead in the absence of the Nursery Manager.

The successful candidate will have an enthusiastic and caring attitude with the ability to engage in a warm and supportive way with the children. Will be an effective communicator with excellent verbal and written skills. The successful candidate will always maintain excellent knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework and will demonstrate an awareness of data protection and confidentiality.
