We are seeking a Deputy Manager to join Tiger Day Cubs Nursery from September 2018 to support the Manager in the everyday roles and responsibilities of running the nursery and to help develop the nursery to become an ‘Outstanding’ environment for children to flourish, grow, learn and develop.        

Assist the Nursery Manager to provide professional leadership and management of staff and to support in ensuring all children receive the highest standards of care and education.  In the absence of the Nursery Manager, the Deputy will undertake the overall day-to-day management of the nursery and its staff.  

The Deputy Manager will work alongside the nursery manager to ensure the legal and curriculum requirements are met in line with the policies and procedures and has a paramount duty of care to all the children, parents and staff. We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, driven Deputy Manager with strong leadership skills and experience.  You will have strong management skills and be able to show evidence of team development. This is an exciting opportunity to display your interpersonal key skills, together with a desire to pull the nursery team together.
