Following the promotion of the current postholder to the position of Principal, we are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated leader with knowledge, vision, persistence, and the personal qualities to build upon the College’s achievements and move Clyst Vale forward in its next phase of development. Starting date January 2024.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team and will provide excellent preparation for those aspiring to become a Headteacher. The post is a springboard for promotion, and we would expect you to be actively looking for Headship in 3-5 years' time.

Clyst Vale Community College is a mixed, non-denominational academy secondary school and sixth form for students aged 11-18. It is located in Broadclyst, near Exeter, in the county of Devon, and has about 900 pupils.
