Deputy Principal

The Focus-Trust is looking for an exceptional Deputy Principal with a strong drive in making a positive difference to children's lives.

Manor Green Primary Academy has achieved a great deal in the past 18 months and has the determination to be judged outstanding at the next inspection. We are looking for a talented school leader who will work in partnership with the newly appointed Principal to take on this challenge and help us to achieve our aims.

We are looking for a school leader who can demonstrate tangible impact from their work.

You will:

• be dedicated to developing a learning environment where children can grow in confidence and succeed;
• have an excellent understanding of how to meet the needs of our academy and be able to build strong links with parents and the community;
• know how to work closely with a strong team of professionals to deliver excellent teaching, learning and assessment; and
• be able to deliver accelerated pupil progress.
