AIM Academies Trust is a small trust in North London. AIM Academies Trust has 3 schools
including AIM North London and AIM North London. AIM North London is an 11-19 mixed
multi-cultural comprehensive school in North London. It has over 600 students, with over 50
languages spoken throughout the Academy and a significant proportion of students eligible for
the pupil premium. We are delighted that our first set of published GCSE outcomes in the
Summer of 2022 make us the most improved school in Enfield, and we are excited for you to

The Opportunity
Applications are invited from exceptional and experienced senior leaders for the post of Deputy
Principal. The roles within the leadership team
rotate on an annual basis to give relevant coverage to ensure readiness for headship.

• A commitment to engage with the latest educational research so it that informs all
aspects of the Academy, for example curriculum design and pedagogy
• A focus on reducing workload by having centralised behaviour systems, centralised
curriculum and a reasonable feedback policy.
