Salary circa £80,000 to £90,000 per annum depending on skills and experience   

Easton and Otley College has an exciting new opportunity for an innovative person with experience of strategic leadership and management, with particular emphasis on the developments of financial and corporate services in support of the College’s Strategic Plan and financial objectives.  

The role will incorporate the overall management of Finance, Estates, IT, Health & Safety and Human Resources, which are all set to support our curriculum and ultimately our students.    

The successful person will be one of two members of the executive team working closely with the Principal to drive forward our mission of “happy and successful students”. We will expect you to be professional and positive and to work with pace and passion, empowering those around you.  

We are looking for someone who will provide inspiration leadership in line with our values in order to succeed in our challenging yet achievable mission. Easton & Otley College is a mixed, non-denominational further education college serving students from the age of 14 and above. The college is divided across two sites – Easton Campus in Norwich, Norfolk and Otley Campus in Otley, Suffolk. There are approximately 5,000 students at the college each year. 

Easton & Otley Collegemerged in 2012 and provide full-time and part-time courses in areas including agriculture, animal studies, horticulture, equine, construction, floristry, motor vehicle engineering and fisheries. Student accommodation is available for students who live far away from the college.
