We are looking for a strategic curriculum expert to shape our curriculum and bring new ideas to life.  Whilst improving learning across the board, you will be shaping professional pathways for local people.  

Working with the Principal you will expand our areas of specialism, introduce new initiatives and increase our HE provision. Strong at horizon scanning to influence the College’s strategic direction, you will lead change management and improve performance.  

Ofsted nominee experience is key along with a proven track record of success and achievement. You must have a broad curriculum knowledge of 14-18, 19+, HE, SEND, vocational and apprenticeships.
