The Principal of Laude Fontenebro School, Alicia Alonso de Leciñana Cases, is currently seeking to appoint a Deputy Principal to join her senior leadership team and work with her to take the school to its next stage of development and excellence. The newly appointed Deputy Principal will commence in August 2016. The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record of outstanding middle or senior educational leadership, preferably with experience in an international school setting. The ability to speak Spanish is essential, as the school teaches the Spanish curriculum and operates in the Spanish language. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding not only of how to give support in the leadership of a successful and thriving school, but also of how to contribute and work collaboratively with a wider family of schools. Excellent interpersonal skills will be needed to work effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.
