Hours: 36 hours per week, all year round

Duration: Permanent

Directly responsible to: Business & Finance Director

Indirectly Reporting to: Headteacher

Directly responsible for: School based staff in the following functions: 

• Finance 

• Site/Facilities (contract management)

• Health and safety 

• Information Technology (contract management)

• Governance & Compliance Support (including GDPR) 


The Governors of this ‘Outstanding School’ wish to appoint a dynamic, suitably qualified and highly motivated Deputy Business and Finance Manager to support the smooth running of the school.  You will be responsible for an efficient and accurate financial management service, and be able to take responsibility for IT & Premises matters. 

The successful candidate will be required to work closely with the Business & Finance Director, Headteacher, Leadership Team and Governing Body.

St Patrick’s RC High School and Arts College is a mixed, comprehensive, Roman Catholic school without sixth form situated in Eccles, Salford. It is a voluntary aided state school that operates under the Diocese of Salford. The school will provide 900 places for students aged 11-16, when fully subscribed.
