Trinity Sowerby Bridge will be a new academy within the Trinity Multi-Academy Trust, transferring to the trust in March 2018. The flagship academy, Trinity Academy Halifax is a model of excellence for the growing number of academies and free schools joining the trust. We are currently looking for a dynamic, passionate and inspirational Deputy SENCo, who under the leadership of the SENCo and trust Inclusion team will support the work of the SENCo. This is a role for an experienced practitioner looking to develop their career in leading improvements in outcomes for identified cohorts of students. The postholder will be supported in achieving their SENCo qualifications and will have a timetable to reflect the time required to focus on developing their experience and skills in this role. For the successful candidate, once qualified, will be opportunities to progress within the school leadership structure.
