This ‘outstanding’ Sixth Form College, based in Manchester, is looking to appoint a Deputy Site Manager, to join our site team. The role will focus on assisting the Site Manager and Deputy Site Manager in managing the security, cleanliness and general state of repair and appearance of the College buildings and site. Candidates should have experience in a related role or trade and possess the know-how to assess and carry out minor repairs and maintenance.  


The successful candidate should hold strong interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work on their own their initiative as well as part of a team. 

Start Date: as soon as possible

Hours: Full time (1.0 FTE) 37 hours per week, all year round

Contract: Fixed term for 12 months in the first instance

Salary: £18,780- £20,765 pa (SFCA Salary Scale for Support Staff pt 22-25)

Closing Date: 12 noon, Thursday 1st August 2019
