Smart Teachers is recruiting a Design and Technology (DT) teacher, with the ability to teach Resistant Materials to A Level, to join a secondary school in North West London (NW9). Starting in September 2016 this is a permanent role. The school takes great pride in the diversity of their students’ multi-ethnic backgrounds. The Design Technology department has outstanding facilities and is pro-active in the school community.

In order to be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following criteria:

  • Hold a PGCE / Bachelor of Education or equivalent overseas qualification
  • Have recent UK based teaching experience
  • Ability to teach Design Technology from KS3 up to A Level (essential)
  • NQTs and overseas teachers are encouraged to apply
  • Eligible to work in the UK (must have valid visa)
  • Recent classroom-based references and valid DBS/police checks
