Contract dates – January 2021 – 4-6 Weeks

Smart Teachers is recruiting for a Design Technology Teacher for an ISI Excellent Independent secondary School in the London Brough of Bromley. The role will commence from January 2021. The successful candidate will have experience teaching GCSE and A Level. The school is well resourced with traditional workshop machinery, several CNC machines including - laser cutter, 3D printers and other forming and fabrication solutions. On top of that each room is equipped with an interactive whiteboard, workstations for every pupil, and software packages such as Solidworks, CREO and Adobe Creative Suite. Requirements

To be considered for the Design & Technology Teacher position, you will:

• Bachelor of Education / PGCE / or equivalent teaching degree with QTS 

• Honours degree in Design, Engineering, resistance materials 

• Proven experience teaching the UK, or an equivalent, curriculum

• Eligible to work in the UK (must have valid visa)
