Job overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable person to provide practical and administration support to the Design and Technology Department. The post holder will be responsible for preparing a wide range of resources and must be confident to work with wood, plastic, fabric and paper products. General maintenance of tools, equipment and stock is required to ensure teaching areas and resources are maintained in good order.

The successful candidate will have good ICT skills, knowledge and experience of health and safety regulations, experience of working with machinery and hand tools and be a self-motivated team player. 

Salary: Scale 5 (£25,233 - £26,659 pro-rata)

Hours: 35 hours a week, 39 weeks a year (term time only plus 5 INSET days)
