Lister Community School is a large, 11-16 comprehensive school. We are a mixed school that was judged ���Good’ by Ofsted in 2013 and has just celebrated its 7th consecutive year of record breaking exam results.

DESIGN, DISPLAY AND RESOURCES OFFICER
36 hours per week, term time plus two weeks
Hours: 08.00am – 4:00pm (Monday – Friday)
Flexible working required from time to time
Salary: Scale 6 - £23,413 (actual pro rata’d salary per annum)
Do you have an eye for detail and a flare for design? Can you create stunning visual displays and resources using various forms of media and software (e.g. Photoshop, InDesign)?
We are seeking to appoint a creative self-starter who is dynamic, efficient and organised, to provide important whole school support services consisting of:
· Publication and document design using desktop publishing software
· Supporting the Assistant Head with marketing, communications and public relations
· Upkeep of display and notice boards across the school
· Photography and filming of key events
· Co-ordinating equipment and resources for use in events, training etc
· Reprographics services support, as required
The successful candidate will have good communication, customer care and excellent IT skills. This includes excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail. You must be able to prioritise tasks and work independently using your own initiative.
