Smart Teachers is recruiting for a Design Technology Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school community in London Borough of Bexley from September 2019. The successful Design Technology Teacher will have experience of teaching Design Technology, with an emphasis on Food and Nutrition. Starting September 2019, this full time fixed term role will be for the academic year.  This is a fantastic opportunity for a Design Technology Teacher who is looking to join a school, with a warm and friendly team, rated ‘Good’ in their last Ofsted report.

In order to be considered for this role, the Design Technology Teacher will need to meet the following criteria:

Bachelor of Education / PGCE / or equivalent teaching degree with QTS

Proven experience teaching the UK, or an equivalent, curriculum

NQTs and/or OS-trained teachers are welcome to apply

Have strong communication, literacy and numeracy skills

Eligible to work in the UK (must have valid visa)

Recent classroom-based references and valid DBS/police checks
