Salary: £18,545 - £21,393 per annum
(37 hours per week/52 weeks per year)
Chesterfield College is seeking a customer-focused Desktop Support Technician to join our dedicated ICT Services team.
The successful candidate will be a team player and will have demonstrable knowledge and experience troubleshooting computer hardware and software, the ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure and be committed to helping others get the most from ICT.
We value a proactive approach: preventing problems from happening by documenting systems & solutions and sharing good practice, so work is done right first time.
The role is varied and challenging. Our team of two Desktop Support Technicians supports hundreds of staff and thousands of learners, across eight sites and off-campus, using ICT in innovative ways. A willingness to travel to support customers at all Chesterfield College Group sites is required.
