The Development and Alumi Department at Ampleforth Abbey and College is seeking to recruit a Development Manager. The role is essential in both raising philanthropic donations for the work of Ampleforth and in developing relationships with our extensive Ampleforth Society.
The successful candidate will be somebody who has experience of fundraising and/or marketing campaigns and is fully versed with GDPR and other relevant current legislation. Importantly the person will be skilled at building relationships, influencing, negotiation and have experience of delivering successful engagement campaigns.
The post is temporary covering for a period of maternity leave. It is expected the successful candidate will commence in the role mid September 2019 in order for an effective handover to be provided.
