McAuley College is seeking a qualified, experienced teacher to take on the exciting role of foundation teacher, as the school enters its third year of operation and expands to include Years 7 to 9 in 2019.
Specifically, the College is seeking a teacher who has the capacity to teach Digital Technologies and Visual Arts. Additional areas of experience in teaching would be most welcome, and applicants should have a capacity to integrate technology as a tool to enhance student learning and embed whole school literacy and numeracy expected and effective teaching strategies. Accreditation to teach Religion in a Catholic School is a distinct advantage.

We are looking for people who are creative, both in the creation, planning and delivery of a contemporary and innovative curriculum, but also in their capacity to problem solve in a school which is developing resources, policies and procedures. All applicants must have either interim or full registration with the Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) or be eligible for registration.
McAuley College is a Brisbane Catholic Education master-planned secondary co-educational College situated in Beaudesert in the heart of the Scenic Rim. McAuley College opened with Year 7 this year and will expand each year until our first Year 12 students graduate in 2022.
