We are seeking a detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with data systems and using them to generate valuable insights for colleagues to join our Digital Team as Digital Transformation Architect.
In this pivotal role, you will help shape how data is collected, integrated, stored, and used across the Trust. It is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on solving data challenges and collaborating within a technical team. A working knowledge of the MIS system, Unit-E, would be highly desirable. If you enjoy working with back-end data systems and unpicking their structures, this could be the perfect role for you.
We have invested significantly in our Digital Transformation Team who are developing exciting areas in data warehousing, Power BI, and the use of AI tools including Claude. These developments will directly support Digital Operations roles across the Trust.
We are committed to appointing the right person and will be flexible in determining the line management structure within the Digital Team based on the appointed candidate’s skills and attributes, as well as the scope of their initial work across individual phases or Trust-wide. The current Digital Team structure is available for candidates to view in an attached document, and we are happy to answer any questions about the team or the role throughout the recruitment process.
You will be joining a dynamic, core team that supports the operations of all of the schools and colleges within our Trust. Our shared services are here to support all of our schools and colleges across several areas including Health and Safety, Finance, Estates and MIS.
