You will deliver the Diploma in Education & Training (Specialist Pathway). As the only partner college offering the specialist pathway, our focus is on developing trainees’ theoretical and practical understanding of SEND alongside high quality teaching, planning and assessment skills.

Our DET lecturers work with the OHC Programme Coordinator to plan and deliver the course content, observe and assess trainees on the course, and liaise with CCCU and other stakeholders to provide ongoing quality assurance for the programme.

If you have experience of working effectively with students with SEND or barriers to learning, as well as a passion for delivering meaningful professional development, we would love to hear from you.

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level, with extensive experience of teaching and assessing students with SEND as well as experience of developing and delivering high quality CPD within an educational setting.
