This is an exciting opportunity to join (and possibly lead) a department of experienced teachers and help take the International Baccalaureate curriculum forward in MYP Individuals and Societies as well as offer Diploma Programme Psychology courses. The willingness and ability to teach Theory of Knowledge or other subjects would be an advantage. The department has undergone a transformative year under experienced leadership and the post-holder will join an established team alongside a historian, economist, geographer and humanities expert. The team are reviewing and refreshing the MYP curriculum to continue to prepare students for our established and successful Diploma Programme. If the candidate has experience we are looking to offer the Head of Department /Subject Leader role with extra time and further compensation. The willingness to teach other subjects would be an advantage.

We will expect the post holder to be an outstanding educator who can lead by example and has a willingness to innovate. An international outlook is essential and experience of the IB programmes and international education will be a distinct advantage.
