The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for all aspects of safeguarding and pastoral care at the school and will play a key role in establishing the reputation of Harrow New York as a leader in its field. Previous experience of working in a high-performing residential school environment will be essential, and applications from candidates with experience of working in an international boarding context will be especially welcome.

Our Vision:

Harrow International School New York will open on Long Island in September 2024. In a collaboration between Harrow School UK, with its 450 years of distinguished history, and The Amity Education Group, a not-for-profit education foundation providing premium quality learning in India and around the world, this exciting new venture will bring the Harrow and Amity ethos to the USA. Harrow New York will bring together outstanding academics, sector-leading pastoral care, an inspirational campus, and the best in boarding provision. A co-educational residential and day school, Harrow New York will provide a bespoke academic programme preparing students for entry to the world’s leading universities. Skilfully blending the Harrow Values of Courage, Honour, Humility and Fellowship with the vibrancy of modern India, Harrow New York will offer a genuinely exceptional educational experience, characterized by world-class academic, super-curricular and co-curricular opportunities.
