An exciting opportunity has arisen within Claycots School Partnership for a forward-thinking, well qualified and experienced professional to lead the financial and business development of our School Partnership. They will form a key member of the Senior Executive Team with strategic influence across all departments and campuses and direct line management responsibility for the Central Team, including Finance, Administration, HR, Facilities, IT and Hospitality, and future subsidiary business development. 

With 1700 primary age pupils on roll increasing to 1850 over the next two years, there is significant capacity for the successful candidate to transform our School Partnership into a robust corporate entity. With support, challenge and expectation of a creative and independent thinker, the successful candidate will have significant professional development opportunities and the chance to work in a values driven and aspirational organisation with equally motivated and committed professionals.

The successful candidate will ideally have a strong background in accountancy and/or finance, with suitable qualifications, and significant experience of educational finances in a large school organisation. Additional positives would be experience of successfully managing a team covering the central operational functions and the ability to establish a vision and develop strategies and systems to achieve the organisational aims as set out in the School Partnership Strategic Plan.
