DIRECTOR OF ADMISSIONS AND MARKETING

Location: The British School of Nanjing

We’re looking to recruit a Director of Admissions and Marketing (DAM) to join The British School of Nanjing, a Nord Anglia Education school.

The British School of Nanjing (BSN) offers a modern and vibrant education to boys and girls aged 2-18. The school serves expatriate families looking to provide their children with a private education of the highest standard.

THE ROLE

The role involves being responsible for creating an outstanding experience for parents and students throughout every stage of the Parent Experience Journey (PEJ) from Awareness, Consideration, Purchase to Advocacy. The role includes setting all relevant policies, procedures, quality, and customer service standards and ensuring delivery to all prospective families and influencers. The person in this role will be an exceptional leader of people, able to coach and develop team members while influencing across the school. This role is a valued member of the school’s Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and acts as an ambassador for the school through external outreach.

ABOUT YOU

You will be able to adapt quickly to our fast-paced international environment, you will possess a university degree, relevant sales and marketing experience. Committed and creative, seeking out and implementing new ideas and innovative methods to raise the school’s level of achievement.

Keen to collaborate and share your specialist expertise, you will be a fitting ambassador for the school. You will communicate with confidence across diverse audiences and situations, using your expertise to build strong relationships with parents and students. You will also be able to meet visa-related restrictions for working in China, including holding a bachelor’s degree and two years full-time related working experience.
