We are looking for a dynamic and imaginative Director of Admissions to manage/lead all aspects of our busy and complex admissions across the School. We are a very popular, thriving school with high levels of interest and applications at 11+, 4+ and 16+. The Director of Admissions will have excellent interpersonal skills and is responsible for ensuring the quality, efficiency and warmth of the prospective applicants’ and their families journey from first approach to entry.
The successful candidate will lead an able team and build strategy to continue to increase the school roll and provide excellent service and support to all applicants. The 2018 recruitment cycle has generated some of our highest application numbers on record and our school roll is at its highest level, but we are never complacent.
St Albans High School for Girls is a highly academic girls’ independent day school set in the heart of St Albans, with very good transport links to central and outer London.
