This is an exciting opportunity to join the school’s management team and to lead and develop a thriving co-curriculum to complement our academic programme.    

St Paul’s Girls’ School is one of the country’s leading independent secondary day schools for girls aged 11-18. Housed in grade 2 listed buildings in Brook Green, the school provides excellent facilities and a lively and stimulating teaching environment, matched by consistently outstanding exam results.  

We already have an ambitious schedule of sport, music, drama, service learning, societies, trips and overseas visits. The successful candidate will continue to enrich and diversify the co-curriculum offer and, importantly, enhance the themes of service to others and social awareness. The appointee will also take responsibility for policy implementation and overall planning, including budget management, monitoring and evaluation. 

You will need to have a strategic vision, an eye for detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to work harmoniously with staff.
