We seek to appoint an experienced and dynamic Director of Drama (maternity cover) to inspire, lead and manage a creative bunch of passionate drama professionals. We seek an experienced manager, with exceptional budgetary, organisational and interpersonal skills. 

The successful candidate will be expected to deliver both the School Directed Course and A Level in Drama and Theatre and must be willing and able to teach drama at KS3. A key feature of the position would be the management and oversight of the extensive departmental co-curricular programme, including running clubs, productions, outreach projects, theatre trips and projects with the theatre industry. 

St Paul’s Girls’ School is one of the country’s leading independent secondary day schools for girls aged 11-18. Housed in a grade II listed building on Brook Green, close to Hammersmith, the school provides excellent facilities and a lively and stimulating teaching environment, matched by consistently outstanding exam results.
