You will be an inspiring and experienced school improvement professional or head teacher with the ability to lead, manage and improve services and work closely with schools and colleges to develop and deliver a shared vision.

We need someone who believes in our goals, shares our ambition and has the passion, experience and talent to help us create something truly special in West Sussex.
