Director of Education

The Gardener Schools Group is seeking to appoint a Director of Education. This is a new and exciting role which reflects the Group’s emphasis on achievement in every area of school life and their innovative approach to education at both prep and senior level.

The Gardener Schools Group currently educates over 1300 pupils aged 4-18 years within its four co-educational schools based in London: Ravenscourt Park Preparatory School, Kew Green Preparatory School, Kew House School and Maida Vale School. Since 1991, the Group has pursued excellence and innovation while establishing strong family communities and a commitment  to providing independent education of the highest quality, designed to meet each individual child’s needs.

As a member of the Leadership Team of the Gardener Schools Group, the Director of Education will work to ensure best practice in every area of school life, liaising closely with the Heads and Leadership Teams of the individual schools.

The role is likely to require a four to five day a week commitment.
