Barnhill Partnership Trust is an exciting, innovative and successful Trust in West London. We have a strong sense of community, great students and staff, and a real commitment to making a difference to the lives of young people.
The English Curriculum Area reversed a downward trend in 2016 with improved results: 71% A*-C, with 77% making expected progress and 38% making more than expected progress. However, the Curriculum Area is committed to ongoing improvement and the subject remains a popular choice for many students at A-Level. The Curriculum Area works as a cohesive team, sharing resources and striving to maximise student potential.
We are looking to appoint an ambitious and enthusiastic Director of English and Literacy who is an exceptional English specialist with good leadership skills, high quality teaching and learning, and the commitment to add to the improving picture of English results and help take the English Curriculum Area to the next level. You would be joining a dedicated team of English teachers.
You must be extremely motivated, have high professional standards, and a proven track record of success in exam results.
In return, we offer you the chance to join a well-established team, outstanding facilities, a first class induction programme, a commitment to your professional development and career progression, and students who are motivated to succeed.
