New Collaborative Learning Trust seeks an exceptional individual to join our team as the Director of English. This role demands an innovative, dynamic, and passionate leader with a proven track record of success in managing an English department within a secondary school.

The successful candidate will enjoy a genuine leadership opportunity, with significant autonomy to innovate and design systems that deliver the high standards expected of the role.  As Director of English, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of education across our Trust's secondary schools, including Wingfield Academy, Brinsworth Academy, and Dinnington High School.  Brinsworth and Dinnington High are 11-18 schools with internal post-16 provision including A level English Language and English Literature.

While primarily based at one of our secondary schools to fulfil your teaching commitments, you will be expected to travel regularly between all three schools (Brinsworth Academy (S60 5EJ), Dinnington High School (S25 2NZ) or Wingfield Academy (S61 4AU)).
