We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Director of Estates to join our team and support the successful planning, execution, and completion of diverse and intricate projects within the School estate.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills together with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure to tight deadlines. You will have experience in the management of major infrastructure projects and substantial experience of leading and managing a large and complex estate. Proven administrative and financial abilities including experience of compiling and monitoring budgets is essential.

Raynes Park High School is a vibrant, student-focused 11–19 secondary school rated “Good” by Ofsted in January 2019.
