Your cross College role will be to lead the College in the continued development of highly effective pedagogy that is clearly and consistently visible in teaching, learning and assessment taking place across the College and results in excellent outcomes for students.  You will be working closely with the Prospect Trust Director of Education, Assistant Principal Curriculum and Quality and teaching and learning leads across the Trust’s academies, and in a context of a College where academic outcomes have been consistently well above the national average in terms of attainment and progress over many years, to further develop the Trust-wide key teaching and learning approach - mastery - within the College; your objectives will be that every teacher is a confident practitioner in teaching for mastery and is being coached and/or coaching others to further develop their skills.

If you are looking for a new challenge, the chance to work within, and be instrumental in continuing to foster, a culture of the highest expectations and to work with a senior leadership and wider team that is absolutely passionate about, and committed to, this College and the young people that we serve, this is the role for you.
