A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen to help shape the future of our newly formed multi academy trust and one of the most successful upper schools in Bedfordshire through this dual role.
The Pyramid Schools Trust consists of five upper, middle and lower schools and formed on 1st June 2020. The key position of Director of Finance and Compliance will play an essential part in the establishment and future success of the Trust. The appointee’s key responsibilities will be ensure the Trust operates in a financially efficient and legally compliant manner. The post holder will also be a member of the executive leadership team of the Trust.
Approximately 60% of the role will involve undertaking the position of Business Manager at Harlington Upper School. This is a multi-faceted role ensuring the effective leadership and management of the school’s finances, facilities and support services.
The ideal candidate will have an outstanding track record in a similar or equivalent position and have the ambition, skills and resilience to play a key role in the evolution of our new organisation.
