With the School’s income approaching £10 million per annum and a number of projects focusing on upgrading a variety of facilities, it is an exciting time to join the School, with plenty of scope for you to make a real impact on the planning and direction of the School’s operations.

As Director of Finance and Operations, you will be a key member of the senior leadership team. Working closely with the Head, you will be responsible for providing stability and operational excellence across a number of key areas, such as Financial Management, Business Development, Human Resources, Estates Management, Health & Safety and Catering & Housekeeping.

The post will suit a team-player who embraces a culture of continuous improvement and an enthusiastic, energetic, collaborative individual who has previously worked with multi-functional teams. You will be expected to have experience of budget preparation and of providing commercial advice, with proven experience of strategic planning, financial management and project management. Experience of property and facilities management and/or site development is equally important, along with strong leadership and influencing skills.

Royal High School Bath is a high-achieving girls’ day and boarding school for 620 pupils aged 3-18.
