This is an outstanding opportunity for an able and inspirational leader to play a key Senior Management role in taking a very highly regarded and aspirational School to the next stage of its evolution.

NULS was founded c.1602 and its academic calibre is renowned in the area and beyond. With 800 pupils between 3-18, NULS reputation is longstanding as a leading HMC school. NULS was Staffordshire’s highest performing school at GCSE and A-Level in 2019 and ranked in the top 50 highest performing co-ed independent schools in the country according to The Times. Our 30 acre site offers impressive facilities for teaching and learning and beyond, across our Prep and Senior sites. The school has embarked on an ambitious development programme to build on its academic and all-round strengths and is seeking to appoint a new member to its senior management team to help deliver our whole school aims. The role offers considerable breadth and an experienced and high quality practitioner and leader is sought to help push our standards in areas of Finance and Operations ever higher. The new Director of Finance and Operations will play key role in developing the school’s strategic vision and ensuring its delivery.
