Crosfields is a thriving co-educational day school for girls and boys aged 3-16. The governing board is looking to appoint a new Director of Finance & Operations who will work alongside the Head and Governors to develop and deliver long-term strategic planning as well as managing all commercial and administrative matters.

The successful candidate will possess excellent financial qualifications and will have led and managed a wide breadth of operational functions. They will need to have high level communication skills with the ability to listen to others in order to underpin dynamic and collaborative relationship building with Governors, the Head, staff and parents.
