Director of Football
Epsom College a vibrant and highly successful independent co-educational day and boarding school on the edge of Epsom Downs is seeking to recruit a Director of Football. This new senior role is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of developing and implementing a philosophy and strategy to enhance the performance and success of football at Epsom College.
The successful candidate will be strategic in their approach with a track record of developing and implementing a successful football philosophy and programme across all year groups.
Having experience of working at a senior level, you will be passionate about the sport with an ambitious vision and plans for the future direction of our football programme. You will have a track record of successful results and extensive experience coaching football. A proven ability to lead and inspire both teams and individuals is essential.
An excellent communicator and able to demonstrate a network of strong links beyond the school community in the promotion of football will be essential.
