Since 2012 Tute’s qualified teachers have delivered over 78,000 live online lessons to plug gaps in learning for over 12,000 students in about 600 education settings. Lessons are delivered in our interactive, safeguarded online classroom, The Learning Cloud, which we are currently developing and hope to launch in February 2022.

The post holder will play a leading role in developing Tute’s market positioning and embedding sales and marketing principles and practice across the company. The role places value on data analysis, strategy, goal setting, and leadership. The successful candidate will show that they can identify, prioritise, and execute opportunities that drive measurable growth. They will drive customer acquisition and retention across our market and will lead and mentor a fantastic team of committed, capable, and passionate professionals to execute the strategy they set.

The post holder will seek to maximise and project Tute’s impact through the creation of strategic partnerships, marketing and communications channels, and business development with appropriate stakeholders. Working closely with other teams, the successful person will come to understand Tute inside and out and will have a passion for making a difference to the lives of children and young people.

Reporting to the Managing Director, The Director of Growth Marketing will form a key part of the senior leadership team and will be confident in reporting to the board on the company’s performance.
