We are now seeking a tenacious and collaborative leader to join E21C in an exciting new role at the heart of the Trust, working in close collaboration with the new CEO. We are united in our commitment to build sustainable excellence in each and every school and have a clear plan about how this will be achieved.

It’s an incredibly exciting time to join E21C. As a key member of our Executive Leadership Team, this is highly influential role with both an operational and strategic focus where you will align HR accurately with business objectives and have the scope to drive the people agenda across E21C. As well as ensuring systems and processes are robust and fit for purpose, you will have the opportunity to shape the Trust-wide architecture for how we recruit, reward and develop our staff as well as working in collaboration with Executive Leadership Team on the ongoing development of our approach to well-being and CPD programmes. 

To be successful, you’ll need experience of dynamic human resources leadership, a strong understanding of HR legislation (ideally within the education sector), coupled with a proven ability to be able to operate with creativity, diplomacy and intelligence.
