We are seeking a Director of Inclusion to lead on the implementation of Safeguarding, SEND and behaviour support policies across the two academies in Nottingham. The successful applicant will have a proven ability to lead teams in delivering positive outcomes and have experience in leading whole school initiatives. 

Our ambition is to enable our pupils to reach the highest levels of academic achievement and to prepare them for fulfilling lives. This role will be integral in ensuring interventions support Quality First Teaching while also providing a holistic overview of all learners across The Bulwell Academy and Ellis Guilford School.

We seek an energetic, imaginative and experienced professional to lead our SENDCOs, Inclusion teams and Attendance teams. The successful candidate will be a motivational leader with exceptional communication skills and the ability to inspire colleagues to achieve their best.
