Our Interactive Digital Design department has evolved from the highly successful Film and Media Department 5 years ago, after recognising the rate of technology change and advancement within this subject area.
This now established department provides highly creative students with the opportunity to develop skills across digital design (graphic/web), animation (2D/3D), games design, VFX and motion graphics. Students study an innovative vocationally led curriculum, in a professional studio environment with a full complement of industry standard hardware and software. Our alumni have impressive careers in the industry, having gone on to study at the best universities – Hertfordshire, Central Saint Martins, Norwich University of the Arts and Bournemouth.
We are proud of our success but want to do more. Our ambitious students and staff are keen to innovate and push the boundaries. We are looking for a Director to take on this maternity cover and be able to continue the growth and exciting developments within this thriving creative arts department.
You will already have an outstanding track record of success in this field. This will allow you to establish your reputation both within and outside of the school. With a commitment to the highest standards, you will bring creativity and innovation alongside, a passion for creativity and technology, an inspirational leadership style and a strong team ethos.
In return we offer an opportunity to work with students with extraordinary talents and colleagues who are tirelessly committed to our values and beliefs. Together, our aim is to give students the experience, skills and confidence to fulfil their dreams and aspirations.
