Toorak College, a thriving independent school located on the stunning Mornington Peninsula, in Victoria, is seeking an innovative and dynamic professional to join its Executive team.

This established but ever-evolving role will directly oversee all aspects of the School’s International Education program and Boarding House.  It will appeal to highly motivated professionals from a diverse range of backgrounds both in Australia and overseas who genuinely possess a passion for international education and boarding.

We currently have 80 international students from Years 5 to 12 and from Year 7 the majority reside on campus in our Boarding House.  Working not only with an established boarding team of 10 staff, the successful candidate will work closely with the pastoral and academic teams within the Junior and Senior Schools to promote a connectedness between school, boarding life and home.

This full time role is available for commencement on 5 October 2020 in line with the beginning of Term 4 or by negotiation for the right candidate.

Applicants will demonstrate:

• Experience within a School environment, preferably in an international education and/or Boarding House setting;

• Experience in a pastoral care setting that supports and encourages the wellbeing of all students; and

• A strong commitment to excellence in education and a proven capacity for innovative, flexible and research-based practice.

• A desire to be part of an Executive Team that is relentless in its pursuit for best possible outcomes for our students.
